One of our mug’s straw swivel thingy broke.
Not only did they know that part but they zipped out a replacement thingy right away!!!
Spectacular!!!
Thanks guys!!
LOVE the ceramic lined tumbler. Everything tastes clean and as it should with no metallic taste. So appreciate the replacement at no charge.
I contacted the company because I had a broken piece ( after tumbler took a fall ) Kevin was courteous and efficient and very friendly. Took care of my need and I’m back using my favorite tumbler
