Wow! Outstanding customer service... When my order of a replacement lid arrived the straw was damaged in transit. I sent email with photo and yogi quickly responded and sent out a replacement the same day. To my surprise they replaced not only the straw but included an additional lid. Not only a super tumbler but supported by super service!!
