No-Hassle Free Return Policy
At YOGI, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, within the first 30 days of receiving your product, you want to return any items, please complete the form on our Returns page requesting a return.  Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.  When requesting a return, please provide your order number, so we can process your return. 

Once we receive your return request, we will email you instructions for how to return your item(s) along with a pre-paid shipping label.

Once we receive your return, your payment method will be credited for the amount of the item(s) plus tax.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within one business day (excluding holidays). Orders over $69 offer free standard shipping (order total computed after discounts and not including taxes). Orders under $69 pay a domestic flat rate shipping charge of $7.00 for standard shipping. We also offer a range of expedited shipping options at additional charge. Your order will be followed up with an email confirmation and then followed by a shipping confirmation with the tracking number associated with your package when it ships. 

Military Shipping
We can also proudly ship to military bases. To ship to a military address, please follow the instructions below:

• Address - Unit [Number] Box [Number] you must use the word "Box" or it will not transfer correctly.
• City - Enter APO, FPO or DPO 
• State - Enter AA, AE or AP
• Zip - Enter Zip Code of your APO, FPO or DPO

Yogi Product Warranty

Yogi products are backed by a lifetime warranty on the vacuum sealed stainless steel vessel. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of initial purchase. This lifetime warranty covers degradation of thermal performance. This warranty applies only when our products are put to normal use and cared for according to the care and use instructions applicable to the products. This warranty does not apply to any non-stainless-steel parts, or the following.

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, blemishes, discoloration or chipping
• Cosmetic damage of any kind
• Defects or damage resulting from any failure to follow the care & use instructions, accidents, post-purchase modifications to the product (such as engraving, accessories etc.), abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Damage resulting from natural disasters or accidents of any kind, including fires
• Non-stainless-steel parts

Warranty Claims
Yogi reserves the right to require proof of purchase and/or return of the defective product.  At our discretion, we may ask you to verify the defect through other means, such as sending photos or videos of the product. We will repair or replace your product, at our sole discretion, with a comparable current product. Replacements do not guarantee color or finish. If you have a product with a custom design, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your replacement product.

Other
This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no other warranties. Distributors and/or resellers do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty. In no event shall Yogi be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages.
