Unmask LLC, doing business as YOGI ("YOGI," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information we collect through letsgoyogi.com, through third-party marketplaces where we sell our products (including Target Plus), through customer service channels, and in connection with the products we sell.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide to us directly:

• Identifiers: name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number.
• Order and transaction information: items purchased, order number, order value, returns and exchanges, warranty claims.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment processors and, for marketplace orders, by the marketplace. We receive only a transaction confirmation and a truncated card identifier (for example, the last four digits).
• Communications: the content of emails, chat messages, phone calls, product reviews, survey responses, and customer service correspondence.
• Marketing preferences: your email and SMS subscription status and your product interests.

Information collected automatically when you use our website:

• Device and connection information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, and time zone.
• Usage information: pages viewed, products viewed, links clicked, search terms entered on our site, time spent on pages, and cart activity.
• Cookie and similar identifiers as described in Section 6.

Information we receive from third parties:

• Order and fulfillment data from marketplaces where we sell, including Target Plus, Amazon, and Walmart. When you purchase a YOGI product through a marketplace, that marketplace provides us the information necessary to fulfill and support your order, such as your name, shipping address, order contents, and a masked contact method.
• Shipping and tracking data from carriers (UPS, USPS, OnTrac) and from our third-party logistics providers.
• Analytics, advertising, and review-platform data from service providers.

Sensitive personal information: We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, or sexual orientation. We do not ask you to provide this information and we ask that you not send it to us.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above for the following business purposes:

• To process, fulfill, ship, and track your order, and to communicate with you about it.
• To process returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and warranty claims.
• To provide customer service and respond to your questions.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and our products.
• To understand purchasing trends and measure the performance of our products and marketing.
• To send you marketing communications about new products, promotions, and offers, where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out at any time.
• To comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations and to enforce our terms and policies.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers and processors. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf under written contracts that limit their use of the information to performing those services: payment processors, third-party logistics and warehousing providers, shipping carriers, order management and inventory platforms, email and SMS marketing platforms, product review platforms, website hosting, and analytics providers.
• Marketplaces. When you order through a marketplace such as Target Plus, we exchange order, shipment, tracking, return, and customer service information with that marketplace in order to fulfill and support your order. Your relationship with that marketplace is governed by the marketplace's own privacy policy, which applies to the information you provide to it.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of YOGI, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. If YOGI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy with respect to information transferred, or we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different policy.
• With your direction or consent. We will share information with other parties when you ask us to or otherwise agree.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Our general retention practices are:

• Order and transaction records: retained for seven (7) years from the date of the transaction, to satisfy tax, accounting, warranty, and audit obligations.
• Customer service and warranty correspondence: retained for three (3) years from the date of last contact.
• Marketing contact information: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and thereafter only as needed to honor your opt-out (for example, keeping your email address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again).
• Website analytics and cookie data: retained for up to twenty-six (26) months.
• Account information, where an account exists: retained for the life of the account and for two (2) years after it is closed.

When the applicable retention period ends, we delete, de-identify, or aggregate the information. Where deletion is not immediately feasible — for example, information held in secure backup — we isolate the information from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits) to operate the site and understand how it is used. We use:

• Strictly necessary cookies, which enable core functions such as your shopping cart, checkout, security, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
• Performance and analytics cookies, which help us count visits, identify which pages are used most, and diagnose problems.
• Functional cookies, which remember your preferences such as region and recently viewed items.
• Advertising and targeting cookies, which may be set by our advertising partners to measure campaign performance and to show you YOGI products on other sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, which generally let you refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website. Our website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser transmits one. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no common industry standard has been adopted.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Rights available to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — you may have the right to:

• Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
• Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for these purposes.
• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. As stated above, we do not collect sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against or retaliated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by emailing info@letsgoyogi.com or calling 858-245-0034. We will acknowledge your request and respond within forty-five (45) days, and we will tell you if we need an additional forty-five (45) days. There is no fee to submit a request.

Verification. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting on a request. We will typically ask you to confirm the email address associated with your orders and two or more data points from a recent order, such as the order number and shipping ZIP code. We use information you provide for verification only for that purpose.

Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or emailing info@letsgoyogi.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within forty-five (45) days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Marketing opt-out. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by emailing info@letsgoyogi.com. You may stop marketing text messages by replying STOP. We will continue to send transactional messages about orders you have placed.

Nevada residents. Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of certain personal information by emailing info@letsgoyogi.com. We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16.

If you are under 13, please do not use our website or send us any personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at info@letsgoyogi.com or 858-245-0034. We will verify your relationship to the child, delete the information from our records, and confirm the deletion to you.

9. DATA SECURITY

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using TLS, encryption of data at rest on our systems and with our processors, access controls that limit personal information to personnel who need it to perform their duties, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, vendor due diligence and written data protection terms with our service providers, and periodic review of our security practices.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the applicable authorities as required by law.

10. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and our marketplace listings may contain links to websites and services we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. When you follow a link to a third-party site, that site's privacy policy governs the information you provide there. We encourage you to read it before providing personal information.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

We operate in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access our website or purchase our products from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our products, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and post the updated policy on our website. If we make material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, such as by email or by a notice on our website, before the changes take effect. Please review this policy periodically.
