12oz Replacement Collar

One of our mug’s straw swivel thingy broke.
Not only did they know that part but they zipped out a replacement thingy right away!!!
Spectacular!!!
Thanks guys!!

LOVE the ceramic lined tumbler. Everything tastes clean and as it should with no metallic taste. So appreciate the replacement at no charge.

I contacted the company because I had a broken piece ( after tumbler took a fall ) Kevin was courteous and efficient and very friendly. Took care of my need and I’m back using my favorite tumbler

I purchased the 24 oz . Love the smaller size as it fits in the pocket on my bag that I carry to work. Love the color also and the top design.

Just love this tumbler. Easy to order & I love the product!

Absolutely love the flip top use every day.

I am obsessed with my Yogi Ceramic Cup. The ceramic interior completely gets rid of that weird stainless steel taste, so my morning coffee tastes fresh and clean every single time. Plus, when I needed assistance, their customer service team was fast, friendly, and super helpful. Amazing product and great company!

I loved my 40 oz tumbler! I look forward to drinking water knowing I wont be left with that metallic taste in my mouth. The terracotta color is beautiful, the handle is just the perfect size and high enough that it doesn’t interfere with the car cup holder. I recently received my new 30 oz tumbler which is the perfect size to have on my trip. The great product is not the only thing to rave about - the customer service is EXTRAORDINARY too! Thank you Jeff for all your help.

Life can be harsh on the beach. And this holds up perfectly in this environment

As someone with a nickel allergy, I love that I've found an insulated tumbler that I can use, that actually does what it's supposed to. The ice in my water lasts overnight, and for 12+ hours. I've tried plastic tumblers that just do not work.
My only nit pick/ constructive criticism is that the screw on lid does not tighten with the straw at a 90 degree angle from the handle.
However I am very happy with my tumbler and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, or buy another one.

Love my tumblers, one for coffee and 2 for water!! Great taste without the worries of leaching metals!! Good job Yogi!

This is my second Yogi. I have the large one with handle and use it most of the time, as I keep an ice water going all of the time. Was looking for a smaller one and like the one that I bought. Since I use lots of ice in my water, it actually is a bit small, wish I had bought the next size up.

I love my Yogi mug. It is just the right size and I ordered the black color. I love the black although I would like to see more colors.

This bottle is perfect for me as it fits in my car's drink holder, isn't top heavy, is ceramic-lined and has a closable straw! I'm now confident that sparkling water, warm tea or coffee won't leach stainless steel particles into my system AND it closes for easy transport when my hands are full!! The handle allows me to loop my purse strap into it when I have a lot to carry! Thank you for making a great product!

OH!!! My husband's glass came with a bad lid, and they replaced it immediately!!!

This was my second tumbler and I needed a new lid for the first one I had the lid rolled off the counter while I was filling it and broke
