The Ceramic-Lined Difference

You should taste your drink. Not your cup.

Most insulated tumblers put your drink in direct contact with bare stainless steel. You notice it first in coffee. Then in water with lemon. Then, once you've noticed it, in more or less everything.

Yogi was built to solve exactly that.

1. PureTaste ceramic lining

Every Yogi is lined with a smooth, non-porous, shatterproof ceramic layer bonded to the steel and running all the way to the rim. Your drink never touches metal — so there's no metallic edge, and nothing for yesterday's coffee to soak into.

It isn't an upgrade on one model. It's standard across everything we make.

2. Nickel-safe by design

Nickel allergy is one of the most common contact sensitivities in the world, and most stainless drinkware uses alloys that contain it. Because the ceramic sits between your drink and the alloy, people managing a metal sensitivity can use a Yogi without thinking about what it's made of.

3. A lid that actually comes apart

Every part of our Flip & Sip lid removes for cleaning — cover, spout, seal, straw — with no tools required. You can reach every surface, which is more than can be said for most sealed lids.

4. Small company, real people

Yogi is a small, family-owned business in Liberty Lake, Washington. If a spout breaks, email us and we'll send you a new one. Most of what we sell is available as an individual replacement part, because replacing a $5 component beats replacing a $40 tumbler.

5. Insulation you'd expect, taste you wouldn't

Double-wall vacuum construction underneath the lining. Ice for up to 48 hours in the Evolution, hot for up to five. The performance is what you'd expect from good drinkware. The drinking experience is the part that's different.
